Sails Resort on Golden Beach's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Sails Resort on Golden Beach will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the Bruce Highway (M1) follow Caloundra Road (6) for about 9 kilometers.

Go past McDonalds and just before Caloundra City Centre, Stockland shopping centre is to the left and Cold Rock Ice Cream on the right. Turn right at the traffic lights into Park Place/Landsborough Pde.

Sails Resort is the first building on the left hand side on the bend opposite North St.
