Moonlight Bay Suites's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Moonlight Bay Suites will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Broome is the major centre in the region, sitting on the 45th parallel in the northwest corner of the Western Australia. Getting there is easy as Broome International Airport is well served by major airlines - Qantas, Virgin and Air North make regular flights into the region.

There are daily direct domestic connections from Australia's main centres: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Darwin.
Local flights are available to Halls Creek, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra.

Broome Airport is located minutes from the town centre. An airport shuffle is available on request and they charge $10 for one way or $15 for a return.

Buses also bring many people to the Kimberley each year and there are many coach options to choose from.
The major coach operator, Greyhound Australia offer hop-on hop-off packages, allowing you to design your own itinerary.

A valid credit card in the guests name is required on check-in with the ability to apply a pre-authorisation to the value of all dates of stay. A pre-authorisation is used to obtain verification of sufficient funds available as security of the room, facilities & incidentals. The amount is retained for seven calendar days unless utilised as part or the total of payment within that period.
