Hawaiian Sands Motor Inn's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Hawaiian Sands Motor Inn will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Arriving by car turn off the Pacific Highway between Park Beach Plaza and Mc Donalds North Coffs Harbour (Parkbeach Rd).
The Hawaiian Sands is the last motel on the left before you hit the Beach (Corner Parkbeach & Ocean Parade).
Rail air or bus, it is a short taxi ride to the Hawaiian Sands Motor Inn
