Bayview On The Park's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Bayview On The Park will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From the Airport
Take the Tullamarine freeway onto City Link (toll fees apply) across the Bolte Bridge and onto Kings Way. Veer right into Queens Road for approximately 1km, Bayview On The Park is located on the left after Roy Street.

Public Transport
Tram numbers 3,5,6,16,64, 67 or 72 are located on St Kilda Road and will take you to and from Flinders Street Station.
