Cancellation Policy

Pegasus Apartment Hotel's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Pegasus Apartment Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

- Continue along Citylink Tollway 8.9km
- Take the ramp at Footscray road exit, West Melbourne 600m

- Continue along Wurundjeri Way Docklands - 200m

Purchase a ticket from booth outside arrivals area. Board Skybus (frequent departures, every 10 minutes) to Southern Cross Station, take complimentary SkyBus Hotel Transfer service (drop off around the corner at Radisson Hotel)

Silver top taxi service have Yellow vehicles, these are the only official taxi service operating in Melbourne.
Fares are approximately $55 - depending on traffic conditions and route taken by driver.

As all reservations are confirmed and guaranteed, please ensure any cancellations or amendments are made within 24hrs (prior to 2:00pm the day before arrival). A fee of one night's accommodation will be charged if we do not receive a cancellation or amendments within this time period.
Check in is available from 3:00pm and departure time is before 11:00am.
Any requests outside of these times will be based on availability only.
However we will make every effort to meet your requirements.
If needed, your luggage can be storedon the hotel premises either before check in or after check out.
If settling your account by credit card, you will be required to present your card at check in.
At this time a pre authorisation will be processed for your stay.
This will include the amount for your total accommodation and a security deposit. If you prefer to settle your account by cash or eftpos, you will be required to settle the entire cost of accommodation and a security bond at the time of check in.
Please note that you will also need to provide a photo ID at the time of check in and a copy will be retained.
Pegasus Apart' Hotel is a non-smoking environment. Should smoke be discovered a cleaning surcharge of $200 will apply to return the building to a smoke free environment.
