The 3 Bedroom Princes Street house is a spacious, comfortable and non smoking apartment, ideal for a family, group of friends holidaying together or corporate travellers looking for either short or long term accommodation in a great location. With entry via its own private driveway located at 30 Princes St, it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large kitchen complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge and dishwasher. The dining room is off to the side of the kitchen with a dining setting for 6 guests. The lounge room consists of large chesterfield lounges, LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii. Two of the bedrooms offer a 1 comfortable Queen Bed and Single bed; while the third has 2 Single beds. Located behind doors in the hall is a washing machine, trough and dryer. The bathroom has a shower unit, vanity, bath and toilet. Outside there is an outdoor setting perfect for summer nights. The driveway is able to park 2 cars easily. For Check-in guests need to come to reception located in the main apartment building at 42 Grosvenor Street. Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people and bedding is unable to be moved.
