   Cancellation Policy

Discovery Melbourne Hostel's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Discovery Melbourne Hostel will charge you one night's accommodation for each bed that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Discovery Melbourne Hostel will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking.

1. Head north-east on Airside Rd
2. Take the first right on to Caldwell drive
3. Take the ramp to Melbourne/state route
4. Continue onto Tullamarine Freeway
5. Slight left onto Flemington Rd
6. Turn left onto Haymarket
7. Left onto Elizabeth
8. Take a right turn onto Franklin st

We will be on your left.
