Apartments Melbourne Domain CBD's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Apartments Melbourne Domain CBD will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Apartments Melbourne Domain CBD is located 25km from Melbourne Airport.
Take the Tullamarine Freeway towards the city, turn off the freeway left at Footscray Road and continue along this road (keep to the right) over Docklands Drive.
Footscray Road becomes Harbour Esplanade. Continue until you reach Bourke Street, turn left and follow until you reach Spring Street turning left until you spot Little Collins St.

Check In Instructions There is on site staff 24/7. Please call the number on your Booking Confirmation 40 minutes before you are due to arrive to ensure check in staff can personally greet you on arrival.

Apartments Melbourne Domain - CBD regulates a strict "NO PARTY POLICY". There is a strict CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY which stipulates the rules of the accommodation including the number of people allowed to visit at any one time (not only sleeping).

Management reserve the right to remove guests who fail to comply with this policy without any refund.

Valid Credit Card (NOT A DEBIT CARD, unless it states Visa, Mastercard or Amex on the card and has a microchip) and Photo ID BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be supplied for authorisation prior to arrival. Credit Card holder must be present at check-in and be the registered guest. Management reserves the right to terminate any reservation and refuse check in which does not meet these criteria without refund.
