AAA Mana Motel's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, AAA Mana Motel will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Drive south from Plimmerton on SH1. Stay on SH1 until you reach Mana. It is situated on the right hand side, with clear signage from the road. Other shops/buildings nearby include McDonalds Mana, a BP/Shell service station, Tommys Real Estate, New World Supermarket, Hells Pizzas.
Driving by Car from South
Drive north from Porirua city on SH1. Stay on SH1 until you reach Mana. It is situated on the left hand side, with clear signage from the road. Other shops/buildings nearby include Curves Gym, Mana Dive Shop, Burger Wisconsin.
Catching Train from Wellington City
Catch the Waikanae train line and get off the train at the Mana train station. Mana train station is just 2 mins walk from the motel.

Nearby Attractions

Mana Motel is situated on the Mana Esplanade, which forms the gateway to the famous Pauatahanui Inlet. In past years, Pauatahanui hosted many sailing ships until an earthquake raised the Esplanade blocking access.
This Pauatahanui estuary is an excellent area for board sailing, dinghy sailing, water skiing, and swimming.
The Mana Cruising Club is situated on a protected floating marina, which is home for many keelboats, and power launches of various sizes. The Mana Cruising Club is also a great place for weddings, conferences and functions.
The area boasts excellent fishing, diving and sailing with a public boat-launching ramp within 100 meters of the Motel. For those that like golf, Pauatahanui, and New Judgeford Clubs are within 5 minutes.
There are also several movie theatres, and there is excellent shopping at the close-by, Porirua City complexes.
Several historical trails will keep the walkers occupied and you can eat out at one of the several local restaurants.
