381 Cremorne Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, 381 Cremorne Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT

• From Melbourne Airport follow M2 for 24km.
• Exit onto W1 Power Street towards City for 300m.
• Turn right onto State Route 20 City Road, continue 2.5kms.
• Turn left over the bridge onto Olympic Boulevard towards Swan Street.
• Cross Punt Road intersection and then turn first right into Wellington Street.
• Turn right onto Rout Street. Entrance is on left.
• Car Park access on Huckerby Street at the corner of Rout Street at rear of property.
There is no vehicle access from Punt Road. Entrance to 381 Cremorne is from Rout Street. Rout Street is a one way street accessible only from Wellington Street.  Google Map
