To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Flynn Brisbane will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking.

Strict Check In Policy
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The property charges a $300 pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals and the security of the apartment and keys. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests who are unable to meet the check in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments and no refund will be made.

Please note that this property has a strict "NO PARTY POLICY AND ZERO NOISE TOLERANCE POLICY". Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests with no refund and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
