Eight Mile Plains Houses's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Eight Mile Plains Houses will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Eight Mile Plains Houses will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 30 days before arrival.

The house is 400m to the bus stop and 2km to Westfield Garden City shopping centre.

Brisbane city centre is 20 minutes by car or 26 minutes by bus.  Google Map

The rear garden is private and includes a verandah for al fresco dining. The garden is fully fenced, making it suitable for dogs.

The interior is comfortable and fully furnished. The master bed has air conditioned.
The living room features a complete entertainment system. There house includes a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The bedrooms each include side tables, wardrobes and drawer storage. All beds are equipped with quilts, pillows and linens. Towels are included.
