To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking. The balance of payment will be charge 14 days prior to arrival. A $500 bond will also be charged 14 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded after departure if evertything is okay. If the booking is cancelled, any money already paid is non refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period of the booking. If a refund is made, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
