The Space

For year round comfort, there is a split system for heating and cooling and ceiling fans throughout.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. Please help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

Lounge
The lounge consists of Smart TV where you can sit back, relax and watch a bit of Netflix. There is also a box of children's toys to keep your little ones happy.

There is a dining room table and under the kitchen benchtop in this area is some board games and books for you to enjoy.

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Springdale Heights will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.
