   Cancellation Policy

Ocean Boulevard's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Ocean Boulevard will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Directions from Brisbane. North on to Bruce Highway for approximately 80kms. Turn left onto Sunshine Motorway (4 kms past Caloundra turn off) Follow signs to Mooloolaba then drive through to coast and over the hill to beautiful Alexandra Headland. Ocean Boulevard is 200 metres north of Alex Surf Club. Virgin Blue, Jetstar and Qantas fly direct to Maroochydore airport. From there you can take a taxi or Airport shuttle bus to Ocean Boulevard. If driving from Brisbane take the Mooloolaba exit off the Bruce Highway and follow the road around until it runs along the beach front. You'll find Ocean Boulevard about 1.5klm north of Mooloolaba, 200 metres north of Alex Surf Club.  Google Map

The reception hours at the Ocean Boulevard Apartments are; 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm Sat 8.30am - 2.00pm Sun Guests checking in outside these times will need to contact Ocean Boulevard on the phone number provided on the confirmation letter after booking to make arrangements for after hours key collection.
