• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Citigate King George Square Brisbane will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.
