Quality Hotel Batmans Hill on Collins's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quality Hotel Batmans Hill on Collins will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

   Car Parking

The hotel has limited parking only – in the basement and on Flinders lane at a secure public car park. Parking is on a first in, first served basis and it cannot be reserved or guaranteed. If our car park is available, the cost is $30.00 per vehicle per day. When you arrive at the hotel, please pull into our carpark driveway, located at 623 Collins Street next to Krispy Kreme Donut Shop, and just before the corner of Spencer St. Press the intercom button to alert front desk staff and you will be directed accordingly. Please be aware that the maximum parking height is 2.1meters.
