Cancellation Policy

Oaks Maestri Towers's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Oaks Maestri Towers will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. (please note – The Oaks Maestri Towers charges a credit card surcharge of 1.5% to all credit card payments)

The Oaks Maestri Towers is located on the Corner of Sussex and Bathurst Streets, 1 block from Town Hall train station, 1 block from Darling Harbour and one block from the Monorail Station.

Oaks Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. Cash is not normally an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card should be presented upon arrival.

All credit / debit card payments made to Oaks Hotels & Resorts will incur a 1.5% credit card transaction fee.

Car parking available at a charge of $25 per day with unlimited entries and exits. Please advise in the Guest Comments field on the booking form if parking is required, as spaces are limited.
