The Dunes Apartments at Park Beach are located in a sub-tropical haven only 200 metre's from Coffs Harbour's main patrolled surf beach. The Dunes Apartments are located in a quiet street with no passing traffic. The 3.5 star fully self-contained apartments come complete with everything that you will require on your next holiday including linen & towels supplied. The unique resort like facilities such as an 11 metre's heated swimming & wading pool (24 degrees all winter), spa, sauna, jumbo size adventure playground, full size tennis court, cricket, soccer & volleyball nets make The Dunes Apartments the ideal holiday destination. There is approx 2 acres of fenced recreation area for the kids to run & play safely. The Dunes Apartments also have a large outdoor covered BBQ area with plenty of seating for your outside dining and a secluded, yet conveniently positioned location close to the city center, jetty restaurants, cafe's and the regional shopping center's. The Dunes is a family run business that takes pride in their guests comfort and give personal service to make your stay with us a happy and memorable one.

Cancellation Policy

The Dunes Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, The Dunes Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

Travelling from the North we are located on the Northern side of Coffs Harbour you will need to turn left into Park Beach Road and then right into Ocean Parade, follow down until you see the Park Beach Caravan Park, it does get a bit tricky from here, you will need to turn right into Fitzgerald Street which vear's right at the Caravan Park entrance. The Dunes Apartments are situated at the very end of Fitzgerald Street on the right hand side. Travelling from the South you will need to turn right into Orlando Street and then left into Hogbin Drive North follow down to Prince Street roundabout and turn right which will take you to Ocean Parade. Follow down until you see the Park Beach Caravan Park, it does get a bit tricky from here, you will need to turn right into Fitzgerald Street which vear's of at the Caravan Park entrance. The Dunes Apartments are situated at the very end of Fitzgerald Street on the right hand side.
