The First Landing Beach Resort & Villas is a small, owner-operated resort featuring one of the South Pacific's premier restaurants.
We pride ourselves on personal attention to our guests, and the genuine hospitality of our staff will ensure your stay is a memorable one.
The First Landing Resort is the perfect location for a destination stay in Fiji, or in combination with an outer island resort or cruise.
The resort is nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and massive rain trees on the main island of Fiji, just 15kms north-west of Nadi International Airport, midway between Nadi and Lautoka.
Lautoka, Fiji's second largest city, is just 15 minutes away by road, with Nadi town, the main shopping area, 30 minutes away.

With just 36 spacious 'bures' (Fijian for cottage) and villas, you'll never feel crowded ...

The First Landing Resort has an all-timber 'plantation style' cottage theme. We took a local design used in outer island and rainforest villages, and modified it to enhance our unexpected paradise. All bures are superbly appointed with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, designer furnishings and a private, screened verandah.

Our Beachfront Spa Bures command spectacular and expansive views across the ocean and nearby islands. They have a private spa bath in the bathroom with a 'secret window' for ocean views.

The Garden bures are set in lush tropical gardens near the beach.

All bures have a westerly aspect for fantastic tropical sunsets.

Our large fresh water swimming pool is set in a lush tropical garden with banana and paw paw trees growing around the edges, a waterfall and interesting tile mosaics. Our poolside bar will help keep you cool as well. Also at pool side is our aromatherapy ,massage and beauty bure. Spend time shopping in our First Landing boutique. Our activities bure is the place to go to find out what is planned for the day ... perhaps a Fijian cooking class, or a walk through the gardens to learn how the Fijians use the local plants, or learn how to weave coconut leaves into all kinds of practical things, or learn the strategies for the evening's crab race plus many more interesting activities. We have a kids club as well. Our weekly South Pacific Dance show features dances from around the Pacific ending with heart stopping Samoan Fire Dance! Enjoy weekly cocktails with the management and learn more about First Landing and Fiji.




   Cancellation Policy

First Landing Beach Resort and Villas's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, First Landing Beach Resort and Villas will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Should yo0u be arriving by helisopter, we do have a helicopter landing pad.

For Boat Transfer - The First Landing Beach Resort & Villas is a 20 metres wide, a depth of 2.5 metres at low tide, 40m x 40m turning basin with a 25 metre floating dock.  Google Map

Treks to rainforest and nature reserve parks that can be arranged through our Tour Desk upon arrival. Visit the nearby chiefly village of Viseisei, legendary first settlement in Fiji. Shopping trips to nearby Lautoka and Nadi. Car rental for exploring on your own.

A two bedroom beachfront villa perfect for families or couples who want to relax in luxury and privacy while staying in paradise.
Complete with your own private 7 metre swim/spa pool in front of your veranda as well as a BBQ bure.
The villas also comprise a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private laundry with washer/dryer unit, spacious air conditioned lounge area with sea views, DVD, TV and stereo surround sound system, high pitched roof with exposed tropical timbers, massive sofa and lounge chairs, dining table setting for 6, coconut wood bar counter and large windows opening onto the secluded pool and tropical garden area.

Upstairs - air conditioned master bedroom with king size bed, hardwood floors, ensuite bathroom and private spa bath and sea views.

Downstairs - air conditioned bedroom with ensuite and private outdoor shower. Bed configuration either one king or two single beds (please state preference when booking).
The downstairs is wheel chair accessible inclusive of the bedroom and bathroom.
There is also a screened- in verandah overlooking the spa/pool, tropical gardens, beach and ocean.
The Living/dining/bedroom area is 94m2 (1055ft2) and the screened veranda is 18m2 (190ft2)
