Please note the exact cancelation policy of the hotel is as follows.
No refund of the amount equivalent to the greater of the first night of accommodation, or 20%, if the cancellation is received between 14 days and 3 days prior to arrival.
No refund of the full amount of accommodation if the cancellation is made within 72 days of check in time on the day of arrival, in the event of non arrival or for early departure.
Lychee Tree suggest the consideration of travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances necessitating the use of this policy.
