The Texada 1 Bedroom Villa is fully self-contained and exceptionally well appointed with 1 King Size Bed, heating, galley kitchen with hotplates, small convection oven, microwave, plunger coffee equipment, full crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. The living area has a large flat screen HD TV with DVD player and an IPOD/IPhone docking station. Located in a quiet street within easy walking distance of shops and galleries and on the doorstep of the Wombat State Forest, the villa is nestled within an orchard of plum trees. The villa is very private, well screened and secluded - enveloped in foliage during the spring and summer. Watch the native birdlife swoop through the trees as you relax in the private heated outdoor hot tub/Jacuzzi on your deck within your private garden!! Enjoy the star show or, if there is inclement weather, raise the large cantilevered umbrella to protect you from the elements.
The Saturna 1 Bedroom Villa is an even larger private self-contained accommodation on the leading edge of 'cosy chic' with bespoke architecture, sculptural and artisan finishes. To-die-for views take centre stage on the sprawling open and covered timber deck above a large private dam teeming with bird life, where you can rejuvenate your mind, body and soul in your own private outdoor hot tub/ Jacuzzi in a spectacular elevated position with expansive sweeping views over the valley. Adjacent to Saturna is a large lush private garden with private alfresco dining and BBQ area containing sculptural works. There is a large outdoor table with seating for up to 8 people.
