All Standard rooms are 15sqm, smoke free (NO SMOKING OR COOKING OR ANY FORM OF SMOKE.) with private bathrooms. Rooms consist of Queen, Zip King or 2 single beds (Twin).
When booking a queen room, the room can either be a Queen Bed or a King Zip Bed (Run of House which means that the Hotel will allocate bedding configuration whatever is available on that day either Queen Bed or Zip King Bed which are 2 single beds pushed and zipped together). If you require a Queen Bed, please inform reception and we will try our best to room move you to another room the following day if there is available queen bed (no guarantee). No refunds or any compensation given if not happy with Zip King Bed.

8th January 2018 through to 28th December 2018
The hotel will be upgrading the air conditioning units throughout various floors (maximum 10 rooms out of order at any given time).
With this major project you should anticipate:
* Varied noise levels between the hours of 9:00 am and 6.00 pm daily. Some noise levels may be loud or repetitive at times.
* Work crews do not work on Sunday unless they experience weather delays.
* There may be limited access to the buildings and courtyard at various times. Please be respectful of "Construction Zones."
