Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments - Bendigo?s AAA Preferred Motel. Bendigo Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments is located 4.2 kms south of the Bendigo CBD, with public transport available at our door. Guests will find that the motel offers easy access to many of the city?s biggest attractions, including the Central Deborah Gold Mine, Bendigo Pottery and The Bendigo Joss House to name just a few. Each of the guestrooms at the Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments are packed with amenities, including Austar and Wi-Fi availability. Guests can also enjoy our outdoor swimming pool, spa and barbecue facility, weather permitting. A 2 hectare council playground with artificial hills and play equipment is located immediately behind the Motel. A paved walking track runs along the creek between the motel and the playground and continues to the Central Business district or to the outer reaches of Kangaroo Flat, an outer suburb of Bendigo.

Cancellation Policy

Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

The Homestead in Bendigo is easy to find. The Homestead Motor Inn and Apartments are situated 4.2kms south of the city centre on High Street (Calder Highway) on the Melbourne side of Bendigo at Golden Square (6th set of traffic signals south of the Fountain). Arriving from Melbourne we are situated at the 5th set of traffic signals on the left hand side. The Homestead is within easy access of all Bendigo's features and attractions. Bus and Taxi service is also available from Bendigo Railway Station.
