   Cancellation Policy

Byron Lakeside Holiday Apartment's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Byron Lakeside Holiday Apartment will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Byron Lakeside Holiday Apartments are located only 1.5kms south of the centre of Byron at 5 Old Bangalow Rd
Ballina Byron Airport: 20mins
Follow the coast road to Byron Bay Via Lennox Head, Suffolk Park. Then left onto Old Bangalow Rd 400metres past the Byron playing feilds. Once on Old Bangalow Rd, travel 50 metres and turn left.
Gold Coast Airport: 55mins
Take the Pacific Hwy south. Then the Byron Bay exit Travel 2km south of the Byron Bay GPO towards Ballina. Turn right into Old Bangalow Rd then turn left in 50 metres into Byron Lakeside
Brisbane Airport: 2hrs
Take the South East Fwy. Then exit onto the Pacific Hwy. Turn left onto Ewingsdale Rd then travel through Byron Bay. Turn right onto Old Bangalow Rd 2km south of the GPO. Then turn left into Byron Lakeside in 50 metres
Tallow Beach: 10min walk
Shops: 2-5mins by car 20-25mins walk
Main Beach: 5-8mins by car 25-30 min w  Google Map
