For all events at Etihad Stadium( Telstra Dome) you could not get a better location, as Quest Docklands shares the concourse with Etihad Stadium( Telstra Dome). The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Crown Casino and Southbank are only short walk or tram ride. Explore the array of restaurants, cafes and bars within the Docklands precinct at Victoria Harbour and New Quay or within the Quest Docklands itself .

To accommodate your professional needs, each apartment provides guests with dedicated telephone lines for fax/modem access, broadband internet connection, business desk and phone and the opportunity to utilise our secretarial service to add that finishing touch to any business request.

Quest Docklands offers a complete range of guest services including breakfast packs and restaurant charge back and provides the convenience of an on site meeting room for up to 50 delegates. Guests can take advantage of the on site retail and dining outlets. Limited undercover secure parking is also available (charge applies).

Quest Docklands regulates a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Quest Docklands reserves the right to remove guests who fail to comply with this policy without any refund.

   Cancellation Policy

Quest Docklands's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quest Docklands will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Southern Cross Station located 5 min walk. Airport Sky bus Shuttle located 10 min walk or Airport Star bus Shuttle will bring you to our door.  Google Map

Check in is after 2pm and checkout is before 10am. Early check in cannot be guaranteed.

Credit Card and PhotoID BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. The Credit Card holder must be present on arrival.

Without c/card on check-in, $500 cash bond is required. Quest Docklands reserves the right to terminate bookings without refund if the above criteria is not met.

As of the 1st of September 2011 accounts settled on credit cards will be subject to a transaction fee. The current fee is 1.5% for all types of credit cards.


   Car Parking

Car park cannot be guaranteed and is not included in the room rate.
Should you require car parking, please call the number on your Booking Confirmation to check availability
Please note that car parking is subject to availability. Car Parking charge is $22.00 per night per vehicle.
Alternatively, we recommend guests to park at Etihad Stadium( Telstra Dome) car park adjacent to Quest Docklands. The cost is $25.00 per entry or Peak Event Rate will apply. The Quest Docklands is not responsible for cost related matters associated to Etihad Stadium car parking.
