Portsea Village Resort is the ideal place to stay when exploring the Mornington Peninsula food, wine, markets and many other delights of the region.

Portsea Village Resort is a boutique venue that caters for couples, families and groups and we offer one, two & three bedroom apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious two bedroom apartments feature two bedroom, two bathrooms, lounge and dining area with the balcony overlooking the lush gardens and pool area. Ideally positioned opposite the beach and historical Portsea Pier, it has privacy, comfort, with meticulous attention to detail which stands us apart from the rest. The lounge offers satellite flat-screen TV and a DVD player and full laundry facilities are available in each apartment.


Guests can enjoy the use of all the facilities which include Fitness centre with gym, spa, sauna and indoor heated pool. Relax by the outdoor heated pool with spa surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens, or for something a bit more strenuous, you might enjoy a game of tennis or squash?

With the bus stop right at your door step, you can utilitse the hop on hop off Explorer or Bongo Transit and discover what the Peninsula has to offer.

The restaurant is fully licensed featuring local Mornington Peninsula Wines and produce. Open Friday & Saturday nights or other nights by arrangement. From 5pm we offer wine & cheese tastings, followed by an a la carte menu.

With a piano in the public lounge/bar area, this makes for many fun sing-along’s to top the night off! Or just relax watching your favourite foxtel sports show on the large screen TV.

   Cancellation Policy

Portsea Village Resort's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Portsea Village Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

3765 Point Nepean Road Portsea VIC 3944 DIRECTIONS * Get onto the South Eastern Arterial. * Follow the South Eastern Arterial until Springvale Road. Continue along Springvale Road until you reach the Mornington Peninsula Freeway exit. The sign will read Frankston / Portsea. * Follow the Freeway until it ends ?? just after Rye. * Go through the first roundabout and turn right at the second ?? this will take you to the Nepean Highway. Turn left at the Highway and Portsea is straight ahead ?? about 20 minutes drive. On the way you will pass through Blairgowrie and Sorrento.  Google Map
