Spring Hill Central Apartments offers a choice of 1 and 2 bedroom fully furnished and self contained apartments. All apartments are non smoking and offer modern furniture, spacious living and dining areas, separate bedroom/s, a private balcony, colour TV, Wi Fi internet, full laundry facilities with washing/drying machine and ironing equipment, spacious private bathroom/s, direct dial phone with answer phone facilities in every room, air-conditioning and heating, extra bedding if required - extra guest charge applies, and full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, microwave, crockery/cutlery, tea and coffee making facilities. The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis.

   Cancellation Policy

Spring Hill Central Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Spring Hill Central Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the Airpot: 25 minutes by car - Airport Drive, left onto the Gateway Arterial, take "City" Exit, left onto Kingsford Smith Drive, take Inner City Bypass (ICB), take "City/Enoggera" exit turning left onto Kelvin Grove Rd, turn left onto College Rd, straight on becomes Wickham Tce, straight on becomes Leichhardt St, take 2nd left after Summit Central Hotel into Fortesque Street, travel down to lights, left turn into Boundary St and we are on the left, 448 Boundary Street.

Take the Airport train from Brisbane International or Domestic Airport and take train to Central Station, then catch the FREE CITY LOOP Spring Hill Bus to the Australia Post shop in Boundary Street.  Google Map

If leaving prior to this, please settle your outstanding account the day prior and leave the keys and car swipe in the Body Corporate Mail Box in the Reception Foyer, once you have removed your personal possessions and car off the premises.
