   Cancellation Policy

Phillip Island Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Phillip Island Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

90- 120 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD by car.
Take the Monash Freeway (M1)to the Cranbourne exit, turn into the South Gippsland Highway (M420).
Follow this route to the Bass Highway (A420), which will take you through Grantville and past Corinella and Bass.
Turn right at the roundabout at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo, over the bridge, through Newhaven to Cowes.
The road turns into Thompson Avenue. At the 4th roundabout turn right and one block down on the left is the entrance to Quest Phillip Island.

V line buses departing from Southern Cross Station travel to Cowes - please check Vline website for times.

Inter Island Ferry
Connect to the ferry via Vline train to Stony Point, passenger Ferry service to Cowes.  Google Map
