   Cancellation Policy

Piccadilly Apartments on Colley's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Piccadilly Apartments on Colley will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Located at 22 Colley Tce, the Piccadilly Apartments on Colley can be accessed by tram, bus and is only a short drive from the airport - $10 taxi.  Google Map

Guests arriving must ring the hotel on arrival day to arrange key collection- number is supplied on your booking confirmation. If you do not contact Piccadilly Apartments you will be unable to access your room as there is no on site reception.
