• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Coolangatta Beach will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Coolangatta Beach will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra Coolangatta Beach charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

Mantra Coolangatta Beach Resort is located on Marine Parade in Coolangatta.
Marine Parade runs parallel to Coolangatta Beach.
If travelling south along the Gold Coast Highway, take the Coolangatta exit directly after the Gold Coast Airport and follow the coastline around Kirra (Musgrave St)then turn left into Marine Parade at the traffic lights.
If travelling north along the Pacific Highway, take the Tweed Heads South exit and follow the signs to Coolangatta, head for the beachfront in Coolangatta and you will find Marine Parade.
