• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Aqueous on Port will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Aqueous on Port will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra Aqueous on Port charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

Port Douglas is arguably the most fashionable resort destination in Tropical North Queensland with five star restaurants, resorts and designer boutiques competing for the tourist dollar alongside pizza joints and the earthy delights of public bars.
