   Cancellation Policy

Mantra Heritage's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Heritage will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Heritage will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra Heritage charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).


   Location

By Car: Follow the main road into Port Douglas.
At the end turn left onto Macrossan Street.
At the end of Macrossan St turn left, then left again into Warner Street.
You will see the entrance to Reception about 200 meters along on your left. By Shuttle: Regular shuttle bus services operate from Cairns International Airport (1 hour) and are $30 per person each way (price subject to change without notice).
If you require transfers, please call the number on your Booking Confirmation to arrange.
Shuttle services are also available from other locations. Please call for prices and schedules.
By Private Transfer: The Mantra Heritages can also arrange private car, limousine and even helicopter transfers!

All clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The Mantra Heritages has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
