Ideal for families, groups of friends holidaying together, corporate business travellers or convention delegates looking for either short or long term accommodation in a great Glenelg location at an affordable price, The Glenelg Beachside Apartments are located one of Adelaide's premier seaside suburbs, well known for its cosmopolitan cafes, relaxed lifestyle and excellent shopping - offering the ideal location for a relaxed holiday retreat.
The Glenelg Beachside Apartments are only 5 minutes from some excellent golf courses and 10 minutes from Adelaide CBD and Airport The Direct Factory Outlet shopping at "Harbour Town" is also only five minutes away as well. The apartments are close to the marina, which offers activities including jet boating, sailing and dolphin cruises.

Glenelg Beachside Apartments offer private furnished apartments in a secure five storey building with lift to all floors and only four apartments per floor. Apartments are self-contained with everything you need. They are 104. Sq.mtrs. in area - larger than most two bedroom, two bathroom apartments in Glenelg.

All our apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. With a choice of two or three bedrooms, all offer two bathrooms. They are fully furnished and self-contained with views to the park and ocean or the hills, surrounds and city with a private balcony and an outdoor setting. All linen, towels, blankets and a range of pillows (to get just that right height) are provided and are top quality. The modern kitchen is full size, with an oven and cook tops, microwave, dishwasher, twin sinks, toaster, kettle and all other cooking utensils. The spacious seperate living area is open and bright with lounge suitte, dining table and chairs, large-screen TV, DVD and CD player. This opens onto the private balcony with views to the beach and park or the hills, surrounds and city. Each apartment has its own private laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, laundry trough plus an iron and ironing board. All are absolutely NON-SMOKING except for the balcony area. The is a lift/elevator for easy access. Children under 2 years STAY FREE OF CHARGE when using existing beds.

With over 300 cafes, shops and restaurants in the area, we offer great views and a great location right in the heart of Glenelg on Colley Terrace so everything is just an easy walk away.

For dining, food and wine, the beach and shopping ? this is the place to be! We are only 100 metres to the beach and there is a nice open promenade directly in front of the building. Jetty Road and the Marina Complex are both only 150 metres away. There are also a lot of fun activities you can try during your stay like jet boating, sailing and dolphin cruises which are available at the Marina. You should also visit the children and family entertainment and fun area, called the "Beachhouse", with heated water slides, dodgem cars, mini golf, bumper boats, a carousel, heaps of electronic games, ferris wheel and other rides only 50 metres away from your accommodation.

Glenelg Beachside Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Glenelg Beachside Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

The Glenelg Beachside Apartments charges 30% deposit at the time of booking, and will charge the balance 14 days prior arrival.

Colley Terrace is at the end of Anzac Highway. Turn left into Colley Terrace and half way along is Augusta St. The building is on the corner of Colley Terrace and Augusta Street - number 17. The Norfolk Pines building.  Google Map

   Nearby Attractions

Only a 150 metres away to the right of our building is the Marina Complex with many trendy restaurants, shops and hotels. There is a new Irish pub, the Tourist Information Centre, The Grand Hotel, McDonald's, Cibo Coffee Restaurant, lots of pizza shops, restaurants, cafes and many other places to eat out or have a coffee.

There are also a lot of fun activities you can try during your stay like jet boating, sailing and dolphin cruises which are available at the Marina. You should also visit the children and family entertainment and fun area, called the "Beachhouse", with heated water slides, dodgem cars, mini golf, bumper boats, a carousel, heaps of electronic games, ferris wheel and other rides only 50 metres away from your accommodation.

Our building is only 10 minutes from Adelaide Airport and five minutes from some excellent golf courses. The Direct Factory Outlet shopping at "Harbour Town" is only five minutes away as well.
