• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Q Resorts Paddington will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Paddington Apartments is located on Kingsway Place which is a side street that comes off the main street of the CBD Flinders Street. Kensington is located 10 minutes from the airport.

Paddington is accessible by taxi, car and public transport with a bus stop situated 10 metres from Paddingtons entrance.

Follow the Bruce Highway towards Townsville. If coming from the Airport direction turn left off Woolcock Street onto Sturt Street then right onto Flinders Street West.

If coming from the South, turn right off the Bruce Highway onto Abbott Street and continue along (this will become Railway Avenue). Turn left onto Boundary Street, right onto Charters Towers Road, then right onto Sturt Street. Turn left when you come to Fletcher Street. We are across the road from the corner of Fletcher Street and Flinders Street West.

You can arrive whenever you do, we have a very easy to use After- Hours check in service (key safe at entrance). We will email the key safe code automatically if you haven't arrived, just before we close. Any issues our After- Hours team are only a phone call away and someone is always here.
