Everton Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Everton Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From the Pacific Highway Newcastle ;
1. Continue on Stewart Avenue, Newcastle West, proceed Northeast
2. Turn left onto Hunter Street, Newcastle West

4. Continue along Belford Street, Hamilton
5. Turn left onto Blackall Street, Broadmeadow

Everton Apartments are located 1.2km from Hamilton Railway Station. From the apartments guests are able to walk to Tudor Street, Hamilton which is a main arterial Road. As Hamilton is a busy cosmopolitan suburb the public transport system is great to be able to catch buses in any direction you wish to go. Guests are only 4 minutes to the CBD of Newcastle, 10 minutes to Charlestown and 7 Minutes to Kotara.
