Mantra on Queen's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra on Queen will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. In addition, Mantra on Queen will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra on Queen charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

From the Brisbane Airport a short 30 minute drive to the CBD and then straight down Ann Street via Perry Lane.

From the Central Train Station an easy ten minute walk down Ann Street to corner of Queen and Boundary streets, via Perry Lane.

Elegantly appointed and well-decorated, the apartment is fully self contained, offering air conditioning and heating, a seperate master bedroom with your choice of either 1 plush King Bed or 2 Single Beds - please specify your preference in the Special Requests Section of your Booking, a second seperate bedroom 1 plush Double Bed, wardrobes/ closets, alarm clock, radio, 2 private bathrooms with shower, full size bath, toilet, hair dryer and FREE bathroom amenities, a spacious seperate lounge dining room with lounge suite, dining table and chairs, 32" LCD flat screen TV, FREE cable TV, pay-per-view movies, WIFI ( fee applies), Boardband data point, work desk, direct dial phone, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, full private laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and a private furnished balcony. All towels and linen are provided. The rate is for 4 guests and includes FREE DAILY BREAKFAST. The apartment is serviced daily and caters for a maximum of 5 guests ( with the exception of children under 2). The extra guest is accommodated on a Roll Away Bed in the lounge at the extra adult/child guest charge of $40 per night. Cots are available at extra charge.
