Cancellation Policy

Takanini Park Motor Lodge's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 60 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Takanini Park Motor Lodge will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. In addition, Takanini Park Motor Lodge will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 14 days before arrival.

Location

Takanini Park Motor Lodge & Motel accommodation is about 15 minutes drive from Auckland International Airport and is situated about 1 minutes to both the Northern and Southern Motorway on and off ramps, making the whole of Auckland easily accessible during your stay.

1)From North: Take State Highway One (SH1) on the Southern Motorway toward Auckland. Go straight on SH1 through Wellsford, Warkworth, Orewa, North Shore and Manukau Take the exit onto Takanini ramp Go straight toward Takanini (not to Manurewa) along Great South Rd. After 600m, you arrive at Takanini Park Motor Lodge & Motel on your way.
2) From South: Head north on through Tirau, Cambridge and take SH1 or SH1B to Auckland Take left onto Takanini ramp after passing by Papakura & Karaka exit ramp Turn right toward Takanini (not to Manurewa) onto Great South Rd. After 600m along Great South Rd, you arrive Takanini Park Motor Lodge & Motel on your way.
3) From Auckland international Airport: Go north east on Cyril Kay Rd After 0.2 km go into roundabout, take exit 1 onto George Bolt Memorial Dr After 0.3 km, go right onto Tom Pearce Dr After 1 km go into roundabout, take exit 2 onto Hape Dr. After 0.3 km go into roundabout, take exit 1 onto Puhinui Rd After 4 km, go right onto Entry 3 Puhinui Rd After 0.4 km, go straight onto Roscommon Rd After 1.4 km, go straight onto Wiri Station Rd After 3.1 km, go straight onto Redoubt Rd After 0.3 km, go left onto Entry 448 Manukau After 0.4 km, go straight onto Southern Mwy Take the exit onto Takanini ramp Go straight toword Takanini (not to Manurewa After 500m along Great South Rd, you arrive at Takanini Park Motor Lodge & Motel on your way.
