Cancellation Policy

Salerno Motel Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Salerno Motel Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From North - Main North Road, left into Cranford St, onto Sherbourne St, turn right at Bealey Ave and Salerno is just on your left.
From Airport - Travel down Memorial Avenue on to Fendalton Road, turn left onto Harper Avenue, follow on into Bealey Avenue, and Salerno is on the right hand side, just over the Bealey Avenue + Colombo Street intersection.
From the City Centre - Travel north on Colombo Street, turn right into Bealey Avenue and Salerno Motel is on your right in the first block.
