Shady caravan and tent sites are available, complimented by our clean and well maintained amenities block and BBQ areas.
The comfortable ensuite air conditioned cabins accommodate up to 4 people, featuring balconies, flat-screen TVs, and coffee/tea makers, featured in all accommodations. Kitchens come with refrigerators, microwaves, and stovetops, making in-room dining convenient. Hair dryers, irons/ironing boards, and free toiletries are also available. Linen is supplied to the main bed only. Extra linen, towels and blankets are available for a small fee if required . Please note we do not Service the Units during your stay .

Secura Lifestyle Magnetic Gateway Townsville Holiday Village's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Secura Lifestyle Magnetic Gateway Townsville Holiday Village will charge you one night's accommodation for each site that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. All cancellations must be in writing,email or by phone. Cancellation Policy: • Where a booking is cancelled 30+ days prior to the booking,full refund. • Where a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the booking date, a refund will be made (less $30.00 cancellation fee). • Cancellations received 7 days or less,no refund.
