The middle level comrises the seperate lounge dining room with lounge suite, dining table and chairs, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, BluRay player, FREE WIFI, desk, a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, microwave oven, oven, toaster, 260 litre fridge/freezer, electric kettle, kitchenware, 6 place dining setting, full private laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and a second sunny private balcony with outdoor setting.    Cancellation Policy

Merivale Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Merivale Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

The Merivale Apartments address is 123 Papanui Rd, Merivale, Christchurch - very close to the centre of CHC and only 15mins from the airport if you are driving.

We are situated less than 200 metres from Merivale Mall, which incorporates some of Christchurch's leading boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Christchurch City centre is just under 1.5kms, less than a 25 minute walk.

Finding us from Christchurch Airport

Turn left at the airport round about onto Orchard Road past the Antartic Centre, Orchard Road natually turns a hard right onto Harewood Road. Harewood Road Ts onto Papanui Road. Turn right on to Papanui Road. Follow through (approx 2kms) to Merivale Shopping Centre. Merivale Apartments are situated approximately 200 meters on your right - 123 Papanui Road, Christchurch.  Google Map

Staff are available 8am-8pm to help you check in.
If you are arriving outside these hours, there is a lockbox located outside the main office at Merivale Manor - directly across the road from the Apartment at 122 Papanui Rd, Merivale.
The code is 2255 - please make sure you leave us instructions to leave the key in the box, or check at the reception desk - we can then show you the way to your apartment.
