Welcome to Treetops Escape, a very spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms family home nestled in the popular Monument Hill area only 2 minutes drive to Albury CBD. You will be charmed by Treetops Escape's country feel, with Murray pine floors, 12 ft ceilings, spectacular, established gardens and large entertainer's area with BBQ. This family home can cater to large groups of up to 9 people. With nature on your doorstep you can explore the fantastic bushwalking tracks around the Flora and Fauna Reserve or jump on your mountain bike for some adrenalin fun on Nail Can Hill or relax and unwind for a few days. An amazing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Space
During winter, there is gas central heating to keep the house cosy and warm and in the summer, there is air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. Please help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

Lounge
The lounge consists of Smart TV where you can sit back, relax and watch a bit of Netflix. There is also a box of children's toys to keep your little ones happy.

Dining Room
There is a large dining room table that leads out onto a very spacious Alfresco area where you can enjoy views across the treetops of the town and Nail Can Hill.

Main Bathroom
Consists of shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

Laundry and second bathroom
The laundry contains a washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron. Through the laundry is a second bathroom.

Garden
The stunning garden is fully fenced with an undercover alfresco area and various other areas you can sit and enjoy the sunset and views.

Treetops Escape's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Treetops Escape will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

There is Frankie's burgers just a few minutes walk away. Just take a left out of Treetops Hideaway and left again onto Mott Street. The burger joint is on your left hand side. For nearest supermarkets you have Coles in West End Plaza, Woolworths in Myers Centre or Aldi on Young Street
