• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Wombat Cottage will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

To lock the front door, just press the lock picture on the keypad.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Check out is BEFORE 10:00am

Before you leave please:

• Turn off Cooling / Heating, Lights, TV and appliances
• Empty Bins and place outside
• Leave all used towels in the bath
• Close all windows and doors
• Lock the Front Door by pressing the lock button on the keypad
• Notify the owner upon departure
