There is a fully equipped kitchen and unlimited WIFI with smart TV and Netflix for you to relax and enjoy.

During winter, there is gas central heating to keep the cottage cosy and warm and in the summer, there is airconditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. Please help yourself to the complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

Lounge
The lounge consists of Smart TV where you can sit back, relax and watch a bit of Netflix. There is also a box of children's toys to keep your little ones happy and board games for adults and children to enjoy, along with some tourist information leaflets.

Roo Cottage's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Roo Cottage will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.
