Noise Disturbance Policy
The primary guest is RESPONSIBLE for all people staying in the apartment and whilst they are on the property, this includes visitors. This responsibility extends to damage to apartment, furnishings and fittings and common property, cleanliness, smoking in the apartment, noise of any kind and offensive language.
All noise is to cease after 10.00pm.
Guests must be aware that in the 'dead of night' voices and music travel far beyond neighbouring apartments and disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.
At 10.00pm all talking on balconies and verandas must cease and should be continued inside the apartment with glass sliding doors closed to reduce noise. Please remember that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Should the Manager be called to quell any disturbance, the $200 bond held will be forfeited.
Notwithstanding any of the above, the Manager reserves the right to direct guests in any manner whatsoever in order to preserve the 'quiet enjoyment' of other guests.

Smoking Policy
No smoking is allow in any apartment. For Civic Green Apartments and Nautilos on the Harbour smoking is prohibited on the property altogether.
