Mantra Quayside's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Quayside will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Quayside will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 21 days before arrival (please note – The Mantra Quayside charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).


   Location

By Road
From Sydney follow the Pacific Highway north. It is a 4½ hour drive to Port Macquarie.
From Brisbane, it is a seven hour drive south.
The Oxley Highway, over the Great Dividing Range, provides access from Tamworth and Western New South Wales.

By Rail
The XPT train service between Sydney and Brisbane stops at Wauchope for passengers visiting Port Macquarie.

By Air
Port Macquarie is serviced by regular Qantaslink and Brindabella Airline Flights. Flying time is one hour from Sydney and 1½ hours from Brisbane.  Google Map
