• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, BreakFree Imperial Surf will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, BreakFree Imperial Surf will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The BreakFree Imperial Surf charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway.
Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway.
Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Surfers Paradise.
Turn left off the Gold Coast Highway into View Avenue then left onto The Esplanade.

From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise.
Turn right from the Gold Coast Highway into Elkhorn Avenue then left into The Esplanade.
