• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Surfers Plaza Resort will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From Brisbane Airport, follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Continue south along the Gold Coast Highway then turn left into Beach Road. Turn right onto Surfers Paradise Boulevard and right onto Clifford Street. Right again onto the Gold Coast Highway north bound and Surfers Plaza Resort is located on the left-hand side, directly opposite the Big Wheel.
