Set on 33 landscaped acres, Brisbane Holiday Village offer spacious, self-contained and comfortable 2 and 3 bedroom cabin accommodation with resort style facilities in a range of styles to suit your needs. The cabins vary in size and style. The smallest have 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps a group or family of 4 people, while the largest sleep 8 people – perfect for groups or large family accommodation. All are non smoking and fully self-contained, with contemporary furniture, comfortable bedding, plasma TVs with digital channels, modern kitchen and appliances. WiFi, ceiling fans and weekly housekeeping are also available. Each cabin has a private parking space and a deck or patio as well as access to the landscaped groups and resort facilities.

The Brisbane Holiday Village features a large swimming lagoon, shallow children's lagoon with water fountains, 18 hole mini-golf course, multi-purpose sports field, 350m bike track, children's playground area, full size tennis court, outdoor table tennis, undercover barbecue facilities and entertaining area, daily lorikeet feeding, guest amenities and laundries, restaurant, coffee shop/café and convenience store. The Lagoona Resort Restaurant is open seven days and offers affordable meals for families and can cater for large groups.

   Cancellation Policy

Brisbane Holiday Village's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Brisbane Holiday Village will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A deposit in the sum of 25% of your accommodation cost will be deducted at time of booking. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

BY CAR
Travelling North on the Pacific Motorway
Take Exit number 14 off the Pacific Motorway (3). This is the Toowoomba-Mt Gravatt-Ipswich turnoff. Turn right into Logan Road at the first set of traffic lights. Pass under the Motorway and take the first right onto Holmead Road. Brisbane Holiday Village is 300m on the left.
Travelling South on the Pacific Motorway
Take exit number 14 off the Pacific Pacific Motorway (3). This is the Logan Road exit. After reaching the first set of lights, drive straight ahead. This road becomes Holmead Road. Brisbane Holiday Village is 300m ahead on the left.
Travelling South on the Gateway Motorway
Take the Rochedale-Eight Mile Plains exit. Turn right into Miles Platting Road at the first set of lights. Follow Miles Platting Road 1km, then turn right into Logan Road at lights. Follow Logan Road, pass under the Motorway then turn right into Holmead Road (first lights after Motorway underpass). Brisbane Holiday Village is 300m ahead on the left.
Travelling East on the Logan Motorway
Take the Gateway Motorway (4) turnoff. Take the Kingston Road turnoff (Route 95) which becomes Logan Road. Follow for approximately 2km. Turn right at the lights after the overpass into Holmead Road. The Village is 300 metres on the left.
Travelling East on the Ipswich Motorway
Take the Granard Road exit (2) to head east. This road becomes Riawena Road and then Kessels Road. Turn right onto Logan Road (Route 95) near Garden City Shopping Centre. Turn left into Holmead Road. The Village is 300 metres on the left.
BY TRAIN
If you are travelling by train to Brisbane, stop at Roma Street Station and catch a train to Sunnybank Train Station. Catch a taxi from Sunnybank Train Station to Brisbane Holiday Village.
If you are catching a train from the Brisbane Airport, the Airtrain runs a service to Roma Street. Catch a train to Sunnybank Train Station and a taxi to Brisbane Holiday Village.

BY COACH
If you are travelling by coach to Roma St Station you may catch a train to Sunnybank Train Station(as above). Alternatively, you can walk to the Queen St Mall and catch bus service 161 from the bottom of the Myer Centre to Brisbane Holiday Village's entrance - Wishart Outlook bus stop.
BY TAXI
Local taxi drivers can transfer you to Brisbane Holiday Village - 10 Holmead Road, Eight Mile Plains.  Google Map

A (refundable) $50 ($100 for Penthouse Cabins) key deposit is payable on arrival.
Guests arriving after 8 PM must make advance arrangements by contacting the property using the information on the booking confirmation.
We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals, however cabins are not guaranteed before 2pm.


   Car Parking

Each cabin has FREE private driveway parking.
The Metro and Cosmo Cabins have a carport, while the Vogue Cabins have a double carport and the Penthouse Cabins have a lockable garage for one vehicle.
On-street parking is available for visitors.


   Nearby Attractions

There is an array of things to see and do in and around Brisbane. Within a 30 minute drive you will find yourself at Queensland's famous theme parks, including Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet 'n' Wild and Whitewater world. Seaworld and the Gold Coast are around an hour’s drive south.
In Brisbane's city centre you can enjoy a shopping expedition at Queen Street Mall; go to South Bank to explore the markets, man-made beach and museums or enjoy a rugby league, union, ALF or cricket game at one of the city's stadiums.
There is a Westfield shopping Centre, local cinemas, restaurants, ten pin bowling and sporting venues just around the corner.
An hour’s drive north will take you to the beautiful Sunshine Coast, home of Australia zoo and some of Queensland's amazing beaches. East is a ferry ride to Stradbroke or Moreton Island, which are amongst the largest sand islands in the world.
