Pethers Rainforest Retreat's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Pethers Rainforest Retreat will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

From the North: Take the Tamborine Mountains exit from the Pacific Highway at Oxenford. Exit one kilometre past Dreamworld. Use the Tamborine - Oxenford Road. From the South: Use the Pacific Motorway and take the Tamborine Mountain exit at Oxenford after Movieworld, and use the Tamborine -Oxenford Road. OR Take the Beaudesert-Nerang Road and use Henri Robert Drive. Pethers can arrange airport transfers upon request.
